I first spotted this bag at the entryway of my local Costco. It grabbed my attention because it’s not an item that enters the warehouse often and of course it had good placement. Hello entryway find!

Belt bags are so rare that they literally come in maybe once a year. Usually at the very start of back to school finds in the warehouse which kicks off in June. BTW- back to school shopping here we come.

Last year, there was an Adidas belt bag that sold out within two weeks. I remember saying that the next time I see one to make sure I pick it up so I don’t get FOMO like I did last time 😅. A year later… Here’s my chance to redeem myself! So I made sure to test it for QCC – quality, comfort, cost (my trusted shopping method) before I went all in on the hype for this bag. IS THIS A QUALITY PRODUCT?

Lole is a brand that’s always on the shelves at Costco Canada locations. Normally you can find activewear pieces for men and women available in a variety of sizes ALL YEAR LONG. During the summer seasons, you’ll also find affordable Lole swimwear in the warehouse too!

All this to say, if Costco has invested their buying power to continuously have this brand on their shelves then it’s very likely a brand that doesn’t disappoint when it comes to quality. The people have spoken and apparently Lole is here to stay.

Anyways, back to this bag. Is this a quality product? Well.. it depends on what you consider to be a quality product. But my short answer is… ABSOLUTELY!!!

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

When I tell you the price for this name brand belt bag it’s going to blow your mind 🤯. Let me paint a picture of what to expect if this is still available at your local Costco.

Picture this… You walk to an aisle and notice a crowd of people hovering over a tiny section that obviously makes you curious what everyone is picking up. At this point you have three options:

Option A – You walk far away from those people. Crowds are not your thing!

OR

Option B – You politely wait to get closer to inspect to see if it’s something you wanna get or not.

OR

Option C – You walk to the empty shelving for where the belt bag used to be. You’re too late…

For argument sake you choose Option B and then you check the price to see if you have room in your budget for one more unexpected find. You know how it is at Costco.

Well.. That’s when you notice that this belt bag is ONLY $12.99!!

$12.99 for a belt bag that literally looks very similar to a Lululemon belt bag on the market. I’d say $12.99 is a really good price and an awesome deal for a belt bag regardless what the brand is but for a brand like Lole it’s a STEAL OF A DEAL for sure! Check it out in my Costco Haul here!

LOLE BELT BAG

This is a unisex belt bag that can be worn around the waist or slouched across your chest. The packaging claims this item is one size fits all but I’ll let you be the judge of that! If you end up getting this bag, feel free to rock it however you like. At the end of the day it’s yours and you get to choose how you’ll use it.

There’s only one colour to choose from which is black and I really like that it’s a neutral that can go with pretty much anything. The size is small yet big enough to fit a 2022 smartphone along with other personal items.

The outer material is 100% nylon which makes for a quick wipe to clean and the inner material is 100% polyester. The logo is super small and perfectly placed on the front of the bag. It’s not bulgy and the shape is similar to a small makeup bag or wristlet. Definitely not your basic fanny pack.

It’s minimalist, modest and trendy which makes it great for all ages. Even my kids like to wear it haha!
